Fat Bomb: Curried Tuna Balls

I have very few recipes that I made up by myself – I curate (choose something that I think looks “do-able” and might taste yummy) and try and make it – see if it works for me on my fitness and health journey. This one is adapted from Keto Fat Bombs (2nd edition) by Adele Baker

Ingredients

  • 3 oz tuna in oil, drained
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1⁄4 tsp curry powder, divided
  • 1 oz crumbled macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. In a small food processor, mix tuna, cream cheese, and half the curry powder until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Form mixture into 6 balls.
  3. Place crumbled macadamia nuts and remaining curry powder on a medium plate and roll individual balls through to coat evenly.
  4. Serve or refrigerate up to 3 days.
